Should a CrossFit athlete do yoga? Yes! Yoga practice is an amazing complement to a CrossFit or any other strength practices. Yoga improves range of motion and mobility, improves focus and teaches you how to breathe more efficiently. It also improves balance, strength and endurance. Yoga also helps you relax, but can be an amazing workout, too. Just like CrossFit, everyone can do yoga! Come and give it a try!
