30 sec work/30 sec rest

2 rd Kick ups

1 rd of Burpees

1 rd Tuck Ups or Kick Ups

1 rd of Air Sqs

1 rd HS Holds

1 rd of Lunges

1 rd HS Holds

-With a 30 min clock-

Teams of 3-4

Sprint 10/7 cals on bike then perform WBS till you break.

Keep rotating that way till end of clock.

At anytime during the workout every team member has to run 400m

at some point. Score is total number of WBS and WB# used.
