At elev8 we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. Our classes consist of Crossfit, e8 Conditioning, Personal Training, Barbell, Sports Performance, Yoga, e8 Kids, and e8 Tumbling!
CrossFit is our strength and conditioning program consisting of a mix of aerobic exercise, bodyweight exercises, and weightlifting. It's constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.
Whatever your level of fitness, this program is designed with YOU in mind. Our trainers create unique workouts every day that are motivating and challenging for every fitness level.
Our trainers will create a program just for you and what you want to acheive. They will help with meal tracking, track your progress and more! If you want to expand your strength movements, or you want to take your performance to the next level this is for you!
